SAP MM / SD

Successful applicant will have excellent and proven knowledge within the following areas:

Materials Management

Master Data : - Required Master Data to support purchasing and materials management functions including Material Master, Vendors, Pricing, Source Lists, Purchase Information Records, Classification, Batch Search Strategies, Batch Management Records and Service Masters.

Purchasing Functions : - Purchasing to supply goods and services to support business strategy including purchasing of Stock Items, Purchase of External Processes, Contracts, RFQ Management, Schedule Agreements.

Consumption Based Planning : - Use of various Planning and Forecasting Strategies including MRP Procedures, Lots Sizes, Stock Requirements List, MRP List and Requirements Generation.

Inventory Management : - Management of stock movements including special stocks additionally use of Dynamic ATP checking and Missing Parts Processing, Stock Transport Orders, Batch Determination and Stock Transport Orders

Physical Inventory: - Management of company stock levels. Use of Periodic and Continuous Counting Procedures, Cycle Counting, Difference Analysis and Posting and Inventory Sampling.

Invoice Verification: - Management of Receipt, Input and Matching of Vendor Invoices including the management of Blocked Invoices, EVS, Automatic Release of Blocked Invoices and management of subsequent Credits and Debits Good working knowledge of the integration areas within Materials Management to Sales and Distribution, QM, Projects, Production, WM and Finance

 

 

Sales and Distribution

Master Data: - Required Master Data to support the sales and logistics functions including Material Master, Customers, Pricing, Output Conditions, Export Licences, Credit Master Records

Sales: - Sales processes required to support business sales and product strategy including Sale of Stock, Make to Order, Projects and Consignment Stock Processing, Contracts, Schedule Agreements, Quotation Management, Sales Activities, Intercompany Processing and Customer Complaints.

Despatch Management: - Creation of delivery and picking functions including creation and management of delivery documents, Batch Management, Serial Numbers, Packing and Return Deliveries

Transportation: - Management, planning and execution of transportation requirements including Transportation Planning and Shipment Completion and Shipment Costing.

Billing: - Generations and management of customer billing document including cancellation and Intercompany Billing.

Foreign Trade: - Legal Control including the management of Export Licences and Statutory Reporting including Intrastat, Extrastat. Good working knowledge of the integration areas within Sales and Distribution to Purchasing, Inventory Management, QM, Projects, Production, WM and Finance
