Successful applicants will have excellent and proven knowledge within the following areas:

Production Planning:

PP Basic Data Requirements: - Master Data creation and maintenance, Document Management, Production Resource Tools and Production Versions.

Sales and Operation Planning: - Creation of standard Sales and Operation Plans, Flexible Planning and understanding of the Information Structures used to drive the planning process.

Master Planning: - Excellent knowledge of Planning Strategies within Demand Management, Long Term Planning and Forecasting.

MPS / MRP: - Management of the planning of supply versus demand including the execution of MRP and MPS, Exception Message Processing, Storage Location Planning and Planned Order Management.

Production Lifecycle: - Management of the production order lifecycle including creation of Production Orders by various processes, Mass Processing, Backflushing, Shop Floor Paperwork, Material Staging and automation of production process.

KANBAN: - Master Data, KANBAN Board, KANBAN Replenishment Stratagies, JIT Calls Sequencing.
Production Reporting: - Shop Floor and Production Information Systems, Worklist Management.

Good working knowledge of the integration areas within PP to Materials Management, Warehouse Management, Quality Management and Cost Controlling.
